R. Palmer Beasley, M.D. Travel Award

Your gift is in memory of former UTHealth School of Public Health Dean, Dr. R. Palmer Beasley, M.D. (1936-2012). The Travel Award in International Research is to be given to students from the School of Public Health working on important public health issues in a developing country of Asia, Africa or Latin America. The fund will also be used to support graduate students, post-doctoral students or junior faculty from a developing country working with faculty of the SPH in Houston or in one of the Regional Campuses.
